As a key member of our C-suite leadership team, you'll drive our innovation roadmap while collaborating with Fortune 500 partners and academic institutions. You'll have the opportunity to influence multi-billion dollar investments in future-facing technologies while mentoring a world-class team of researchers and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology vision roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, generative AI, and neuro-interfaces
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and DARPA for cutting-edge research
- Present technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and board members quarterly
- Manage a $50M innovation budget and oversee 15-person advanced research team
- Author industry white papers on 2026 technological disruptions and mitigation strategies
- Drive patent development for emerging technologies with 15+ new IP filings annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record leading technology strategy at Fortune 500 companies or Big Tech
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AGI, or biotech
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals (Nature, Science, or IEEE) or equivalent
- Experience securing government grants (DARPA, NSF, DoD) exceeding $10M
- Executive presence with board-level presentation experience
- Active membership in IEEE, ACM, or equivalent professional organization
