- Build and mentor a team of futurists and technology architects
- Present compelling tech forecasts to investors and board members

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 5+ year horizon planning
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, and emerging tech trends
- Experience building and scaling innovation teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong financial acumen for tech investment evaluation and ROI modeling
