Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Create thought leadership content (whitepapers, presentations) on future technology paradigms
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through change management frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of implementing disruptive technologies in enterprise environments
