Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with documented impact on 3+ major industry shifts
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record in scaling quantum/AI initiatives beyond R&D phase
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks governing emerging technologies (US/EU)
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier tech publications
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies for 10+ year horizons
- Strong network with global research institutions and innovation labs
