Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Track record of launching technology initiatives with $50M+ impact
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Experience scaling tech teams in high-growth environments
