Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive AI roadmap for 2026, aligning technical goals with business objectives.
- Lead the architecture and development of large-scale Generative AI and Machine Learning systems.
- Mentor and grow a diverse team of senior data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to integrate AI solutions into core products seamlessly.
- Establish robust governance frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and ethical use.
- Pioneer research into emerging paradigms such as Agentic AI and Multimodal learning.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in Machine Learning, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern Deep Learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, LLaMA, Claude) in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and MLOps pipelines.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
