Job Description
Architect the Future of Intelligence
At Horizon 2026 Technologies, we don't just predict the future; we code it. We are seeking a visionary AI Architect to spearhead our next-generation generative AI initiatives. This is a rare opportunity to work at the bleeding edge of technology, building the neural architectures that will define the digital landscape of 2026 and beyond.
If you are a technical expert who thrives on solving complex problems and pushing the boundaries of what is possible with Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Design and implement cutting-edge AI models and neural networks focused on scalability and efficiency.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for specific enterprise use cases, reducing latency and improving inference accuracy.
- System Architecture: Architect robust, scalable AI infrastructure pipelines integrating data ingestion, processing, and deployment.
- Ethical AI Governance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and safety protocols regarding bias and fairness.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or AI architecture roles.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
- LLM Expertise: Proven track record of working with state-of-the-art models (GPT-4, Claude, LLaMA) and experience in fine-tuning or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementations.
- System Design: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to debug complex system failures and optimize performance bottlenecks.
