Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI/ML pipelines for predictive analytics and process automation
- Lead end-to-end automation projects from concept to deployment in cloud environments
- Collaborate with C-suite to align AI initiatives with business objectives for 2026 roadmap
- Mentor engineers in MLOps best practices and emerging AI technologies
- Optimize system performance through continuous monitoring and algorithm refinement
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards
Qualifications
- 8+ years in AI/ML engineering with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Proven track record of deploying production-scale automation systems
- Strong background in MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation techniques
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder alignment and team leadership
