Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with global regulations and societal norms
- Conduct ethical risk assessments for AI systems across product lifecycle
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed ethical considerations into AI development processes
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and industry standards to ensure compliance
- Advocate for ethical AI practices through internal training and external thought leadership
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to establish governance protocols for AI deployment
- Represent the company in industry forums on AI ethics and responsible innovation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, data governance, or responsible AI roles
- Deep understanding of machine learning principles and AI system architectures
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills for evaluating ethical implications of AI technologies
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable guidelines
- Experience working with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders
