Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for 2026-era applications in finance and pharmaceuticals

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years R&D experience
- Proven track record in quantum error correction and qubit stabilization
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams of 15+ researchers
- Familiarity with NISQ-era hardware limitations and mitigation strategies
