Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with IEEE 7000 and EU AI Act standards
- Lead red-teaming exercises to identify existential risks in generative AI systems
- Collaborate with policymakers at the UN and OECD on global AI safety protocols
- Design bias detection and mitigation algorithms for high-stakes decision systems
- Train C-suite executives on ethical AI deployment strategies for 2026 adoption
- Conduct forensic audits of autonomous systems in healthcare and logistics
- Pioneer explainable AI (XAI) techniques for black-box neural networks
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy of Technology, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001 frameworks
- Published research on AI existential risk mitigation strategies
- Experience auditing LLM systems with >1B parameters (e.g., GPT-4, Claude)
- Proficiency in Python and TensorFlow for ethical AI tool development
- Previous policy advisory role at national/international AI governance bodies
- Certification in Responsible AI from Stanford or MIT
