Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Large Language Model (LLM) infrastructures optimized for 2026 latency standards.
- Lead the research and implementation of Agentic AI workflows and multi-agent systems.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI evolution, ensuring alignment with long-term product vision.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, bias mitigation, and data governance across all model deployments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s or PhD is preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and modern MLOps pipelines.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, LLM fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to production.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and distributed computing systems.
