Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for enterprise-scale deployments
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and remediation across machine learning pipelines
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with evolving AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI practices with engineering teams
- Author whitepapers on emerging AI ethics challenges and industry best practices
- Monitor global AI policy developments and adapt organizational strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Public Policy, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible AI implementation
- Expertise in bias detection tools (IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscape (GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act)
- Experience with stakeholder engagement in technical and non-technical contexts
- Certification in AI Ethics or Governance (e.g., IEEE, ACM)
- Portfolio demonstrating AI ethics framework development
