Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology governance
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proficiency in bias detection tools and fairness metrics for ML models
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., IEEE, ACM)
