- Author position papers on emerging AI ethics legislation and compliance strategies
- Design audit protocols for ethical AI implementation across product lifecycles
- Represent NexusAI in global AI ethics summits and regulatory forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Proven track record in developing organizational AI ethics policies and compliance frameworks
- Expertise in bias detection methodologies across machine learning pipelines
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Published work in AI ethics or technology policy journals preferred
