Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-year innovation roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping ethical AI frameworks and quantum-resistant systems
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (neurotech, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on technology disruption risks
- Forge partnerships with research institutions and global innovation labs
- Design governance frameworks for AI alignment and human-centric tech development
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Futurology with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum initiatives from concept to production
- Expertise in ethical AI, bias mitigation, and responsible innovation frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, and biocomputation
- Executive-level communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences
