Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 AI innovation strategy with measurable KPIs for societal impact
- Lead quantum-AI hybrid system development teams of 15+ engineers and researchers
- Develop predictive models for technological disruption across healthcare, energy, and governance sectors
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Partner with UN and WHO task forces to define global AI policy recommendations
- Drive patent portfolio development targeting 20+ foundational technologies by 2026
- Lead annual FutureTech Summits convening 500+ industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Cognitive Science with 10+ years R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum machine learning
- Proven track record scaling AI teams to 50+ members across 3+ continents
- Expertise in federated learning, neuromorphic computing, and AGI safety protocols
- Experience securing $50M+ in government/VC funding for frontier tech initiatives
- Deep familiarity with ISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI Act regulatory frameworks
- Portfolio of deployed systems serving 1M+ users with 99.99% reliability
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and Cerebras neuromorphic hardware
