- Strategic Vision: Partner with C-level executives to ensure the 2026 program aligns with long-term business goals and emerging technological trends.
- Talent Development: Mentor and guide high-potential individuals through a rigorous 12-month rotational program, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners, universities, and vendors involved in the 2026 initiative.
- Performance Analytics: Track program metrics and ROI, using data-driven insights to refine the 2026 strategy continuously.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in Program Management, Talent Acquisition, or Educational Leadership.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Cloud Computing) relevant to the 2026 landscape.
