- Oversee $50M+ AI research budget and resource allocation for emerging tech initiatives

Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML leadership with proven track record in enterprise-scale deployments
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or related quantitative field
- Expertise in federated learning, quantum AI, and explainable AI frameworks
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or equivalent industry impact
- Experience navigating complex regulatory environments for autonomous systems
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud-native AI infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
