Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in C-suite strategy roles
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning
- Proven $100M+ budget management for tech initiatives
- Security clearance (Top Secret/SAP) or equivalent
- Expertise in federated learning and zero-trust AI architectures
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent breakthrough work
