Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics frameworks for 2026 technology adoption cycles
- Lead cross-functional task forces on quantum computing ethics and autonomous system governance
- Conduct risk assessments for AI implementations across healthcare, finance, and infrastructure sectors
- Author thought leadership on emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and neural interfaces
- Partner with legal teams to establish compliance protocols for evolving AI regulations
- Mentor junior data scientists on ethical AI development practices
- Represent Nexus Futures at global AI ethics summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in AI governance with 3+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Deep expertise in NIST AI Risk Management Framework and EU AI Act compliance
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or quantum ethics
- Experience with Fortune 500 technology ethics program implementation
- Proficiency in ethical impact assessment methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical, legal, and executive domains
- Understanding of post-quantum cryptography implications for AI security
