Responsibilities
- Architect AI implementation strategies aligned with 2026 market trends and regulatory frameworks
- Lead enterprise-wide AI transformation initiatives across 5+ departments
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks ensuring compliance and transparency
- Present strategic roadmaps to board members and external stakeholders
- Mentor a team of 12 AI specialists and data scientists
- Secure $5M+ annual budget for AI research and deployment
- Publish thought leadership in top-tier AI journals and conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in executive strategy roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI Ethics, or related field
- Published research in top AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) or journals
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure)
- Certification in AI Governance (e.g., CAGI) or equivalent
