Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions using Salesforce CRM with 100% accuracy
- Meet/exceed KPIs: 30+ calls/day, 90% customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service protocols
- Participate in weekly training sessions for skill development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient in typing (35+ WPM) and basic computer operations
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
