Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and account issues using CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (call handling time, CSAT scores)
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and knowledge base
- Collaborate with team members to escalate complex cases
- Maintain strict compliance with company policies and regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 6+ months customer service or call center experience
- Type 35+ WPM with strong computer navigation skills
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8am-6pm)
- Pass background check and drug screening
