Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing, technical support, and account management
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Maintain performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR)
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality
- Adhere to strict compliance protocols for data security

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years customer service/call center experience
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with high accuracy
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability for training hours
