Responsibilities

- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Update and maintain customer account information and records.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to resolve complex issues.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using computer systems, email, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
