Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and billing
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet and exceed performance metrics (call quality, resolution rates)
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency
- Adhere to company policies and compliance standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with strong computer literacy
- Comfortable working night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Problem-solving abilities and resilience under pressure
- Spanish bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
