Responsibilities
- Handle 50-80 inbound/outbound calls daily resolving customer inquiries
- Meet/exceed KPIs: 30+ AHT, 90%+ CSAT, <5% abandonment rate
- Document interactions in Salesforce/CRM with 100% accuracy
- Upsell products/services using consultative approach
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve complex escalations
- Adhere to compliance protocols (HIPAA/PCI) for sensitive data
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years BPO/call center experience
- 70+ WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce/Zendesk)
- Fluent in English with neutral accent
- Available for rotating shifts (including weekends)
