Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a focus on resolution.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, billing, and service orders.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required.
