Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries with Memphis hospitality flair
- Process orders and payments using our proprietary CRM system
- Resolve customer issues with Memphis charm and efficiency
- Collaborate with weekend team on inventory management
- Maintain accurate transaction records for daily pay processing
- Participate in weekly Saturday morning training sessions
- Support weekend events at our Beale Street location
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (no exceptions)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer proficiency (typing 30+ WPM)
- Positive attitude with customer service experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to downtown Memphis
- Ability to stand for 4+ hours per shift
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Memphis local knowledge a plus
