Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during weekend and overnight shifts
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Monitor inventory and restock merchandise during low-traffic hours
- Ensure facility cleanliness and safety standards are maintained
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational goals
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Complete opening/closing procedures for assigned shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Availability to work weekends and overnight shifts (Fri-Sun, 10 PM-6 AM)
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and cash handling skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Reliable transportation to Mesa, AZ work location
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
