Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required (Training provided).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and typing.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup if remote.
