- Collaborate with the support team and management to improve service processes and protocols.
- Adhere to all company policies, scripts, and quality assurance standards during every call.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or support role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional speaking tone.
- Must reside within the United States (specifically in Cleveland, OH or Texas for this remote role).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
