- Maintain a high customer satisfaction score (CSAT) through timely and accurate responses.
- Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously without losing focus.
- Log interactions and feedback into our CRM database accurately.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements to management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or chat support roles.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) and strong grammar skills.
