Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Respond to incoming calls and emails professionally to resolve customer issues and answer questions regarding our products and services.
- Problem Resolution: Analyze customer needs and provide accurate information, escalating complex issues to supervisors when necessary to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
- Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Upselling & Sales Support: Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or products that align with the customer's needs.
- Adherence to Scripts: Follow standard operating procedures and call scripts to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service, call center, or retail environment is preferred but not required (we provide comprehensive training).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills and typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
- Professionalism: Ability to maintain a positive and empathetic attitude, even in challenging situations.
- Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as part of our 24/7 operations.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
