Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently while adhering to company scripts and policies.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance the customer’s value.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain high service levels and quality assurance scores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with computers and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily performance metrics.
- Reliable internet connection and computer if working remotely.
