Responsibilities

- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes

- Identify upsell opportunities for existing clients

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication & problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems
- Resilience under pressure and adaptability
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in English (bilingual a plus)
