Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account status.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer value and revenue.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize call scripts and service quality.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to type 35+ WPM and navigate computer software comfortably.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A customer-centric attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
