Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls: Professionally manage a high volume of customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Analyze customer concerns and provide accurate solutions, escalating complex matters to supervisors when necessary.
- Document Interactions: Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions within our CRM system.
- Provide Product Information: Educate customers on our services and products, ensuring they understand how to maximize their usage.
- Follow Scripts and Guidelines: Adhere to company protocols while maintaining a natural, empathetic tone during conversations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and peers to meet daily and monthly performance metrics and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; some college is a plus.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide full training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to listen actively.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computer systems and typing.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Professionalism: A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
