Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls: Professionally answer and manage high volumes of customer inquiries regarding products and services.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Troubleshoot problems and provide accurate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Document Interactions: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Follow Scripts & Guidelines: Adhere to company protocols, call scripts, and quality assurance standards during every call.
- Upsell & Cross-sell: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services to meet sales targets.
- Manage Feedback: Communicate customer feedback to the management team to help improve products and processes.
Qualifications
- Location Requirement: Must reside within the United States (Preference given to candidates in New York or Boston metropolitan areas).
- Internet Connection: High-speed, reliable internet connection (Minimum 10 Mbps) and a dedicated workspace.
- Equipment: A computer (Windows or Mac) and a noise-canceling headset.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English skills with a professional, polite tone.
- Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, patience, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
