Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional, friendly, and polite demeanor.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores.
- Follow established call scripts and standard operating procedures to ensure brand consistency.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and comprehensively in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and support staff to improve service quality and resolve escalations.
- Provide accurate product information and service options to prospective clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a welcoming telephone manner.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable internet connection (for remote roles) or valid driver's license/transportation (for on-site).
