Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on empathy, clarity, and efficiency.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues using established scripts and resources.
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to meet team performance targets.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality and resolve escalated issues.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to speak clearly on the phone.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are mandatory for hybrid roles.
