- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining 98% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance service quality
- Participate in bi-weekly coaching sessions and skill development workshops
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid environments
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
- High-speed home internet and quiet workspace setup
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Strong problem-solving abilities with conflict resolution expertise
