Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer service calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services where appropriate.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to escalate complex issues.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or retail environment is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency with computers, including typing speed and navigating software applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if remote).
