Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve complex customer issues efficiently while adhering to company scripts and quality standards.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account details in CRM databases.
- Process orders, returns, and service requests in a timely and error-free manner.
- Identify upsell opportunities to increase revenue and enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve call metrics and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite) and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
