As a key member of our support team, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their inquiries are resolved with precision and care.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints by identifying root causes and providing effective solutions.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates accurately within our CRM systems.
- Adhere to company scripts, policies, and quality assurance standards at all times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate critical issues and improve service delivery.
- Maintain a professional home office environment to ensure minimal background noise.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or technical support is preferred.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while multitasking.
