- Handle High-Volume Inquiries: Professionally answer and manage incoming phone calls from customers regarding products, services, and account information.
- Resolve Issues: Diagnose customer problems and provide accurate solutions or escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Documentation: Accurately record all customer interactions and transactions into our CRM system to maintain up-to-date records.
- Sales & Upselling: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services that meet customer needs.
- Customer Retention: Build lasting relationships with clients by demonstrating empathy and patience during every interaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, professional phone voice.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliability: Must have a stable internet connection and home office setup for remote/on-site flexibility.
