Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in our CRM database.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or retail preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency, including typing speed of 35+ WPM and familiarity with MS Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on finding solutions for the customer.
