Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account status efficiently.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM systems.
- Identify upsell opportunities to increase customer value and revenue.
- Collaborate with team leads to maintain high service standards and KPIs.
- Handle escalations with patience and de-escalation techniques.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
