Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and service policies to provide accurate information.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance KPIs.
- Collaborate with team leads and support staff to improve service quality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or retail environment is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Fluency in English is required; Bilingual (Spanish/English) is highly desirable.
